AmzRadar Labs ("we", "us") operates the AmzRadar mobile application (the "App") and the website at amzradarlabs.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the App or the Site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address when you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Usage data: how you interact with the App — searches run, products viewed, features used — to improve the product and enforce plan limits.
• Device data: basic technical information (device type, OS version) and a push notification token if you enable alerts.
• Waitlist information: if you join our pre-launch waitlist on the Site, we collect your email address and which device you use (iPhone, Android, or either). We use this only to notify you when the App becomes available on your platform, and to decide which platform to prioritise. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

We do not collect payment card details. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and we never see your card information.

How we use it

• To provide and operate the App's features.
• To enforce free and paid plan limits.
• To send notifications you have opted into (price and rank alerts).
• To notify waitlist subscribers when the App launches on their device.
• To diagnose problems and improve the product.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the App (cloud hosting, database, and AI processing for the in-app adviser), and only as needed to provide the service. Product questions you send to the AI adviser are processed by our AI provider to generate a response.

Affiliate links

Some links to third-party suppliers (such as Alibaba) may be affiliate links. If you make a purchase through one, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence which products or suppliers the App recommends — our scores and advice are independent.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and associated data from our systems. Waitlist subscribers can be removed on request by emailing us.

Your choices

• Turn notifications on or off in the App.
• Delete your account and data at any time.
• Unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time.
• Contact us to request a copy of your data.

Children

AmzRadar is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use of the App or Site means you accept the updated policy.
