AmzRadar Labs ("we", "us") operates the AmzRadar mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
We do not collect payment card details. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and we never see your card information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the App (cloud hosting, database, and AI processing for the in-app adviser), and only as needed to provide the service. Product questions you send to the AI adviser are processed by our AI provider to generate a response.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and associated data from our systems.
AmzRadar is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.

AmzRadar provides Amazon product research tools, including opportunity scores, sales and profit estimates, and an AI adviser. All scores and estimates are informational only and are not guarantees of results. Selling on Amazon carries risk, and you are responsible for your own business decisions.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 to use the App.
Do not misuse the App, attempt to break or overload it, scrape its data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
AmzRadar provides estimates and calculations for informational and educational purposes only. This includes, without limitation:
You are responsible for independently verifying all figures — including current Amazon fees via your Seller Central account or Amazon's official fee schedules — before making any purchasing, sourcing, pricing, or business decision. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that all estimates and calculations may be inaccurate and that you use them at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmzRadar Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits, inventory costs, or advertising spend) arising from your use of the App or reliance on its estimates. The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
