These terms govern your use of the AmzRadar app operated by AmzRadar Labs. By using the App, you agree to them.

The service

AmzRadar provides Amazon product research tools, including opportunity scores, sales and profit estimates, and an AI adviser. All scores and estimates are informational only and are not guarantees of results. Selling on Amazon carries risk, and you are responsible for your own business decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 to use the App.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Pro $29.99/month, Business $79.99/month) are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. We do not process refunds directly — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to break or overload it, scrape its data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Estimates & disclaimers

Sales estimates, opportunity scores, profit-calculator figures, and AI responses are based on available data and models. Amazon fees vary by size, weight, and category, and change over time — every figure in the calculator is an approximation you should verify in Seller Central before committing money. They may be inaccurate. AmzRadar Labs is not liable for business losses arising from decisions made using the App. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Nothing in the App is financial advice.

Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
